Yay or Nay? -- Socks n Sandals

Looking thru Forever21's Spring Look book, I shrieked after seeing THIS! --->
WHAAAAYYYYYYYYY?! No no no no no no no... no socks with sandals EVER!
Leggings yes, but no socks! especially WHITE socks! LOL
Socks and sandals on the runway is a completely different story as it is on the streets.. Still equally gross. lol
I would definitely not wear that combination. Would you??
