From this, Lolita fashion has evolved into several different sub styles and has created a devoted subculture in Japan."
In short, its knee length skirts or dressed, big headdress, ruffled/lous blouses, petticoat, knee high socks or stockings and high heels/platform shoes.
I'm kind of digging this look of youth-teenage-school girl inspired fantasies...
